John C. Altmiller

Practice: Real Estate Law

John C. Altmiller is a partner in the firm Pesner Kawamoto Conway.  His practice is concentrated in real estate, real estate litigation, civil litigation, business law, landlord-tenant, collections, and contract law.  He has tried cases in numerous jurisdictions, including Fairfax, Arlington, Alexandria, Prince William, Loudoun, Fauquier, Stafford and Fredericksburg, and has been lead counsel in over thirty circuit court trials. Mr. Altmiller graduated Villanova University in 1988 and received his law degree from George Mason University in 1992. He is the former co-chairman of the Real Estate Section of the Fairfax County Bar Association.  He has been a speaker at several continuing education seminars in the area of real estate and litigation.
